Hi everyone, i've just been offered a mk2 golf gti 8v, it's a bit tatty....needs some paint work etc.....
has 12months MOT.

but, i don't know if i can part with the saloon, i've just bought some lowering springs and planning on respraying the drivers door and front wing, really tidying it up....... i enjoy driving it......

but i love mk2's too.....

what to do!!

Polo Saloon for sale 600 as it is with the wheels and all? any interest

how tatty is the mk2? is it a 3dr nd wat colour nd mods?

got 3 options really....a Black 5 door has the big bumpers on already...

or a helios blue 3 door.... the one i want.....rust around the badges on the back and under the rear drivers side window....interior mint.... but i dunno.... small bumpers.....says he knows the history of this one says it was well looked after.

or a red 5door (i think) 1.8 driver

........i still like the polo???? argh!!! why do vw's make nice cars!!!

But seriously, go for the helios blue one, bit of rust can be sorted, you cant buy service history

it's hard.....

like it's been said there aint many polo's about.....mainly golfs....i like em both...!

if i get the golf i won't be able to spend on it as running costs and insurance/ tax go up and as of 12 weeks ago.....i'm gonna be a dad! and in two weeks i'm moving house.....

as it is i can still afford to do the polo up (it's nearly done) but the golf will need all the rust sorting and respraying......

i'm so torn! i miss my old golf! but i'm liking where this polo is going.....

so far 90% of you say the golf....

oh, and congrats matey, im 3months in to being a dad and its awesome!

remember how it was when you had the golf ? running costs etc, and now a little one one the way (congrats ) its going to be even harder. if your happy with the loon, keep it ayy
