 springtime swirl removal

well after a recent clay barring, i found a few of these buggers..
i used the megs clay kit, it good value.



so got the Megs G220 out, used sonus SFX pads & Menzerna polishes.



that soon shifted them Very Happy





comes up well for a 10 year old car..









then i moved on and used the following..
DoDo juice lime prime lite, finish kare sealant, DoDo juice blue velvet wax
and loads of micro-fibre cloths.











took couple of days to do, but well worth it Very Happy

Looks spot on that m8, got urself a mint mk4 there!

Btw how much would you charge to do that to my car?? swirls are pissin annoyin, an how long will the paint stay like that for?

if its looked after.. washed properly, 2 bucket method and no sponges. regular waxing, it should last well over 12 months Smile
i did mine about 14 months ago, but our bad winter has taken its toll on it.
all lower panels had swirls on.

Got the megs clay kit from halfords. think it was £24..
autoglym do 1 also too, for about the same price.

thanks.. nope i have to keep loaning the paint gauge for now Crying or Very sad
the compounds i use, are only a very light cut. menzerna range.
