| I live in Bangor North wales Will be turning 17 in april and will probably be looking to buy a Golf Mk2 in April might look for a Mk3 if theres no Mk2's about I signed up the site because a guy i know in college told me about the site |

| Yeah i would really like one problem is getting insurance money together i have an Aprillia RS 50 to sell aswel and then theres the problem of getting insurance |

| Welcome, being honest insurance will kill you, just about to pay mine tomorrow for the first time, and they want £2300 annually off me for a Mk1 golf :@ Works out at a £467 deposit and £197 a month :'(

| them rs50's are fuckin fast too...u de restricted it?
i used to have a Rcr 50 with racing exhaust and smaller front sprocket...that thing flew!!!!! |

| Its only got a collar in the exhaust i like speed i had to put new fairing on the front and a new bubble shield i went into a wall at the beach in llanddona and broke my ankle in three places was a fun party Rode it home the next day my ankle was swollen bigger than my neck changing gear was a Nightmare as you probably know Was my gear changing ankle that got screwed. ended up in third all the way lol. |

| I shouldnt be too bad learning to drive My mums taught people to drive and they all passed first time she promised me since i was little shed teach me ive allready got my provisional i just need to get the theory done and then find out about the actual test Do i need to go for like official lessons ? or can i be taught by my parents? |

| id just use your parents as much as u can, then later on get a couple of lessons an he will let you know about minor things that the examiner is looking for, cus the goalposts are always moved. |

| Mullally - no waay lol. What's brought you onto here? Golf Mk2, nice choice man. Didn't you have a Mk3 about a year ago? Thought that was for you?  And use your parents as much as you can. Parc Menai etc, on a sundays when it's quiet. Gwion's already spent a mere £400 on lessons!... And as for insurance, get on your parents policy man! Jeeesus - they'll rape you with any of those cars you've listed above. I'm still on Dads, working out at £40 a month. |
