| hey made up to see this still on the road.it was my mate detso's. he bought it as a standard mint example about 4 years ago. the pass side door pillar had been vandalised/damaged and it was repaired at c&k aoutos in bryngwran. he then bought -80mm springs and a set of 15" mini one alloys.in my opinion it was a lovely car car like this, it went downhill from there when he rusted the bonnet, and got a custom 6 pipe side exit exhaust system. he also fitted corrado seats and polybushed the rear axle. every bump and scrape on the body of that car has a legendary story behind it! haha he still has the original bonnet in his garage by the way! ive had some good times in this car and am glad it lives on! keep it up |

| need to really update this thread,...anychance it could be moved to the project section? Mod maybe?? had corrado seats in, also has 6x9's in the back need to get rid asap, but need to get some uprated ones that actually fit in the back plastics, then a new parcel shelf has corrado seats..think u seen all the pics of the gti interior.. picked up some springs today..hopefully they r lower than the 40mm on the front and choped on the back lol! think gaz sed they were 80mm gotta get my wellers wrapped in tyres soon too...now the wether is better, gna fit the MK1 gti arches on aswell, just to make sure i dnt get pulled by the fuzz lol!! may just leave the arches tha are on there!! need to get a rear badge, and standard exhaust too |
