not running the carbs yet.

spent today messing with the SPI setup but my dizzy keeps trying to unbolt itself and the timing goes out. but when i set it back, 1st is techincally unusable on slightly damp roads, 2nd just grips but spins up under acceleration, and changing into 3rd end up with more wheel spin.

Plus ive started looking at my rear disk setup, cleaning them up and removing the seized bolts from the carrier.

Thanks to dene hes also given me an idea for the carb airbox.

nice, dizzy cap comes off :s it takes a bear or the hulk to take the dizzy cap off mine lool

shame its nt running carbs yet Sad

im hoping tht my project coming soon will be running either an abf on carbs or an abf on itb's, all i know its mental power to weight ratio Smile

Its not the cap its the whole dizzy unit Laughing

I re-timed it yesterday when i noticed the idle being funny and loss of power and the bolts had practically fallen out and the dizzy had turned itself out of time. Laughing

so i put thread lock on them this morning so they shouldn't go anywhere now.
