| aha, nah i ent comin to the meet mate, wont be on the road by then!
took the front shocks off today, only to find lovely chopped springs all round lmao!
gna order new springs jus to get it through MOT then my mate in mid wales has got a full set of coilovers i can put on it.
springs ive got are for the rear, so will be lowered on the back by 30mm lol
ordered a new set of seat clips from main dealer today, that should stop my seat from rocking, and fix the problem that it dosent lock into place when u adjust it forward or backwards
also fixed the high idling on it =]
ripped the shitty ****ed automatic choke off, and adjusted the idle screw so its idling nice now, also sounds a lot healthier through the rev range!
also need to repair the door membrane, jus gna botch it up with silver gaffa tape
need to get a passenger side window seal tho!
also need to sort the tracking out, jus gotta adjust the track rod ends like, so the steerin wheel aint on the piss!
all i gotta do now is fit the new springs when i collect em, get the plastic bits for the seats on monday when they get delivered, and then it can go thru mot sometime next week? _________________ IF IN DOUBT, PULL OUT |
